INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS

• A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped

• Each piece is individually gift wrapped and Comes from a happy studio with good vibes

RETURNS

  • It is extremely important to us that you are happy with your purchase! We will gladly accept returns for up to 14 days after your receive your purchase. All jewelry must be unworn & unused and in its original condition and packaging. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs

REFUND POLICY

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded

REFUND POLICY (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
